Refund Policy

K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for K & A Hocking Family Trust, ABN 42792253422 trading as Kathryn Hocking (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) owns the website available at members.ecourselaunchformula.com (Site) and is the provider of the e-Course Launch Formula program (e-Course).

The Refunds Policy applies to the e-Course Launch Formula™ (e-Course) and is to be read together with our E-Course Disclaimer Statement, Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use Policy which govern K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd relationship with you in connection with this Site and this e-Course.

K & A Hocking Holdings Pty Ltd operate in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Law.

Refunds for change of mind without taking part in the program, or before the official start date of the program, will not be accepted.

Financial hardship is not a valid reason for request for refund.

If you work through up to the first two modules and you are not totally happy with this e-Course you can cancel your e-Course membership within 14 days of the course start date and receive a full refund. Please note this means that your refund request must be submitted before Module 3 is released i.e. before 10am ACST 17th October 2018.

Specific requirements to be eligible for a refund:

  1. 1. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the e-Course by joining and participating in the Facebook community forum - this requires that you have introduced yourself to the community, responded to at least 5 posts during the first 2 weeks (not all on one day before requesting a refund). 
  2. 2. You must complete and submit all worksheets and activities from Module 1 (Worksheets 1-6) with your request for cancellation of your course membership and refund.

  4. 3. Your request for cancellation of your e-Course membership must be in writing by notifying admin@kathrynhocking.com within 14 days from, but not before, the official course start date

Processing your refund request

We will reply by email within 2 business days to inform you whether your request for cancellation and a refund has been approved.  

If your request is approved, an electronic refund will be issued within 7 working days from notification of approval.

Refund requests after the 14 day period will not be approved under any circumstances.
